ENVELOPEAMERICA ACQUIRES LOCAL ENVELOPE COMPANY
New Castle, DE, April, 2007 — EnvelopeAmerica LLC, a supplier of standard and custom envelopes, letterhead, and related products, has acquired the assets of Nick & Sons, a privately held company located in Trainer, PA.
Mark Monahan, President of EnvelopeAmerica, said, “This announcement is another positive step forward in the continued growth of EnvelopeAmerica. This acquisition was attractive due to their location, the equipment mix, and most importantly, the quality of the employees who have joined EnvelopeAmerica.
